In order to increase content accessibility, teams are making the move to responsive or adaptive site layouts. In many cases this change is happening quickly, and in later stages of implementation and development, with minimal opportunity for adequate user insights.

Engaged primarily as a sole UX designer, to help design/redesign sites to improve overall usability. Increased accessibility through responsive and/or adaptive site layouts, taking advantage of front-end frameworks. Successfully collaborated with team members, including engaging in Agile coaching, helping reduce development time and working to ensure user delight.
